The paper aimed at determining extent to which appropriate technologies designs are currently employed in addressing sustainability affordability Ghana. Questionnaire survey was used data collection. study conducted Accra, Takoradi Cape Coast Ghana within period 5 Months. In total, 110 questionnaires were distributed among Building Construction Professionals Self- Built House Owners. Out number distributed, 56 retrieved analysis. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics. findings established that, hydrafoam, adobe bricks technology, timber homes wattle daub considered most acceptable delivering. also revealed have adopted major cities low.
